The candidate will work closely with the Accounts Lead, HR team, outlet teams, and Chartered Accountant (CA).Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with vendors regarding bills, payments, and outstanding dues.Track vendor invoices, payment approvals, and pending payments.Coordinate with HR for salary processing, reimbursements, and employee payment queries.Handle statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, PF,



and ESIC in coordination with the CA.Maintain accurate accounting records, payment trackers, and financial documentation.Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.Coordinate with outlet teams and internal departments to resolve accounts-related issues.Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filings and payments.Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.Relevant experience in accounts, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.Practical understanding of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC.Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resumes at [email protected].
