Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

- Serve as Scrum Master for Data Services teams; run Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives during the US-aligned window

- Coach Product Owners and team members on Agile/Scrum practices; remove delivery impediments

Technical Project Management

- Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers across concurrent Data Services initiatives

- Manage scope, change requests, and issue resolution; escalate risks in real time to US stakeholders

- Deliver executive-level status reporting on project health, risk, and mitigation

Distributed Team Management

- Coordinate a blended US + India team — engineers, DBAs, ETL/BI developers, analysts, architects — ensuring handoffs across time zones don't stall delivery

- Maintain single source of truth in Jira (epics, sprints, dashboards) and Confluence for both US and India stakeholders

Data Services Delivery

- Coordinate delivery of data pipelines, integrations, reporting solutions, and platform enhancements

- Understand dependencies across cloud platforms, APIs, databases, ETL, data warehouses, and analytics tooling

- Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, and governance standards

Metrics & Reporting





- Own dashboards for sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, lead/cycle time, delivery predictability, and defect trends

- Present actionable insights to leadership on a regular cadence

Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager in software or data engineering delivery

- Proven experience managing distributed offshore + US teams, with demonstrated ability to work US-aligned shift hours

- Robust Agile (Scrum/Kanban) fundamentals; power-user level in Jira and Confluence

- Strong stakeholder communication skills — comfortable driving live conversations with US-based leadership and engineers

Preferred Qualifications

- CSM, PSM I/II, PMP, or PMI-ACP

- Cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

- Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, and APIs

- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience

- Sprint predictability and velocity improvement
