Lead Consultant / Project Manager – Mobile Redevelopment (Field Service)

Role Overview

Lead the redesign and delivery of a mobile application for field service technicians, ensuring a user-friendly, reliable, and offline-enabled experience that improves technician productivity and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end mobile app delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Collaborate with technicians, dispatchers, and business teams to understand user needs.

- Drive mobile app design with a focus on usability, offline functionality, and performance.

- Ensure integration with work orders, scheduling, inventory, asset, and customer systems.

- Lead Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, and releases.

- Support device rollout, app deployment, and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in IT delivery or mobile application projects.

- Experience leading mobile app development/redevelopment initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Field Service Management processes.

- Experience with offline mobile applications and enterprise system integrations.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.

Preferred

- Experience with Salesforce Field Service or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
