Responsibilities:Perform extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using ADP ETL Tools. Discuss with client contact and/or project team in accessing the client dataExtract source system data from legacy application.Structure data into a format that can be used by migration process while maintaining complete data integrityCompile conversion data and review mapping document Perform Data Transformation using compiled source data and mapping documentReview the conversion with migration Project Team (Implementation Consultants etc.)Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines.Complete ownership throughout the data migration life cycle. Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements. Understands the target HCM application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, integrity of data and applications through analysis, explicit documentation & problem resolution. Provides periodic status updates to the implementation team.



Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advice and influence the project team and Clients. Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation and perform necessary activities with client for the migrations of projects Willing to work in different time zones; US general shift(5.30 PM 2.30 AM IST) will be a mandate;

Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA.
Experience:
For Data Miner 3 to 5 Years of experience in Data Transformation activities or data conversion of implementation projects
Sound knowledge of SQL, RDBMS and ETL concepts
Knowledge on MS-Excel
Knowledge on Other Programming Languages is a plus. Experience of working on any Industry standard or proprietary ETL tool.
