This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a hands-on involvement in core HR activities.If you're someone who owns hiring like a business function and isn't afraid to get into the details, this one's for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rolloutPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectationsSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channelsScreen, assess,



and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughoutDrive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structuresManage and develop robust relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherenceMaintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real-time hiring dataEnsure timely closures while maintaining quality of hireSupport onboarding and joining formalities for new hiresAssist in employee engagement initiatives and team communicationsHelp coordinate and maintain employee recordsAct as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolutionWhat We're Looking For5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in IT hiringProven experience in vendor management and stakeholder managementStrong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectivelyHands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycleExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneouslyGood to HaveExperience working in a product or IT services companyExposure to HR tools / ATS platformsMBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus
