Job requirements:

Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, deliverables, and proactively manage expectations throughout project executionDesign and architect scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that directly address complex business needs and support organizational growthLead technical design sessions, document comprehensive technical solutions, and identify gaps between current and target states to drive project successOversee and govern the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomesEstablish and enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices for quality and maintainabilityTroubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, conducting deep technical analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutionsEngage with Salesforce product teams to support solution delivery and leverage platform enhancements for client benefitContribute to pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and development of proof-of-concept solutions to support business development

and Account EngagementAdvanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect and Journey BuilderHands-on expertise with Mobile Studio and Automation StudioProficient in AMPScript, JavaScript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSSStrong SQL skills for data manipulation and segmentation within Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs and ETL toolsComprehensive understanding of platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuthIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce data sharing, visibility, and security best practices (TLS, SSL)Familiarity with Sales, Service, and Community CloudsProficient in setting management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Apex and Visualforce development for custom Salesforce solutionsHands-on knowledge of Lightning components and mobile development technologiesDemonstrated ability in designing and delivering large-scale web-based systemsExperience with Data Cloud and Agent ForceBackground in advanced reporting and marketing automation integration
