Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Shadnagar, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient functioning of all departments. This role includes managing production activities, monitoring quality standards, and optimizing use of machinery, materials, and labor to meet output and cost targets. The General Manager will lead and mentor teams, coordinate with dealers and customers, and support business development, pricing, and negotiation activities. The role involves implementing and improving operational processes,



ensuring compliance with safety and industry guidelines, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and performance reporting. The General Manager will also be accountable for budget management, resource allocation, and driving continuous productivity and profitability improvements. Qualifications
• Strong operations and production management skills, with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience in quality control, process improvement, and adherence to industry norms and safety standards.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Business and commercial acumen, including dealer management, customer relationship handling, and basic financial oversight.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in glass, automotive components, or related manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Shadnagar, with readiness to be present on the shop floor and engage directly with operations and staff.
