REGIONAL SALES MANAGER / SR. SALES MANAGER Gravton Motors | Hyderabad | Full-Time | Senior Level Build the sales engine of an EV company on the rise. You will build the team, write the playbook and own the numbers for a company whose flagship, the Gravton Quanta, is the first and only electric two-wheeler to ride from Kanyakumari to Khardung La. About Gravton Motors Gravton Motors is a full-stack electric two-wheeler company with in-house designed motors, controllers and batteries, plus battery swap technology. We are scaling our dealer network and showroom presence, and we need a sales leader who has done this before. The Role This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role. You will own the complete sales cycle for your region, build a sales team from the ground up and create the SOPs that set the standard for how Gravton sells. What You Will Do
• Develop and execute sales strategies that grow revenue, market share and brand presence
• Recruit, train and lead a high-performing sales team, and create the SOPs that keep it consistent
• Own the sales process end to end, from prospecting to closing
• Expand the dealer network, onboard new partners and hold existing dealers to company standards
• Use the Dealer Management System (DMS) to track dealer performance,



sales data and customer interactions
• Identify showroom locations based on demand and demographics, and oversee current showroom setup
• Track market trends and competitors to sharpen strategy
• Report regularly to management on key metrics, progress and challenges What We Are Looking For
• 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven experience building and leading sales teams
• Strong network across dealerships, industry stakeholders and customers
• Experience in dealer management and network expansion
• B2B and B2C sales experience is a plus
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
