Role Description The Interior Purchase Material Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end material procurement for interior projects, including preparing and issuing purchase orders, sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites. The executive will track inventory levels, coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast material requirements, and support production planning to avoid delays and material shortages.



Daily activities include maintaining accurate purchase and material records, verifying quality and specifications of received materials, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. The role also involves continuous communication with internal teams and vendors to ensure materials are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Materials Management to handle procurement workflows and inventory control.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Production Planning capabilities to forecast demand, manage lead times, and support project scheduling.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in interior contracting, construction, or fit-out industry, particularly in material sourcing and vendor management.
• Good knowledge of building and interior materials (e.g., carpentry, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, finishes) and their specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict timelines and budget constraints.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Civil/Interior Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
