Role Description The Counselor role at EkasCloud London is a full-time hybrid position based in Tiruchirappalli, with some flexibility for work from home. The Counselor will guide prospective learners through EkasCloud’s programs, provide information on course offerings, and help individuals select training paths aligned with their career goals in cloud, DevOps, and AI. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and admissions processes. The role also involves coordinating with trainers and operations teams, supporting enrollment and onboarding activities,



and following up with learners to ensure engagement and satisfaction. The Counselor is expected to use a consultative approach, maintain professional communication, and uphold EkasCloud’s learner-centric values. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear explanation of complex concepts, and skilled written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should possess counseling and guidance skills, such as career advising, needs assessment, and the ability to recommend suitable learning paths based on individual goals.
