Clinical Psychologist (RCI Licensed – Full-Time, Online) Oppam | Remote

About the Role
Oppam is looking for a qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a full-time/part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills and be committed to providing ethical, evidence-based mental healthcare through online consultations.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct online psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' psychological needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Identify clinical risks and follow appropriate safety, emergency, and referral protocols for online care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to qualified ethics, confidentiality requirements, and organizational protocols. Requirements




• A recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology meeting the applicable Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) requirements for registration and practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Valid RCI registration is mandatory.
• At least 1.5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; candidates with strong clinical exposure may also apply.
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, case formulation, and evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide online consultations independently while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with adults
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in clinical documentation, case management, and online therapy.
