About the Role
We are looking for candidates with excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills to join our US Voice Support team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking English, have good listening skills, and be comfortable communicating professionally with customers over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Listen to customer queries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Maintain professional communication and follow established processes.
• Meet quality standards and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, as required. Requirements
• Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation, active listening, and conversational fluency.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.




• Willingness to work the 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
• Ability to work from the office in Coimbatore.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible. CompensationThe salary offered for this position is ₹30,000 per month, subject to the applicable compensation terms. Work LocationThis is an in office position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office during the specified shift hours.
