Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for Tele Callers and Field Executives. Tele Callers will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain Bounten’s products and services, qualify leads, schedule appointments or demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM or call logs. They will follow up with potential customers, respond to basic queries, and coordinate with the sales team to support conversions. Field Executives will visit prospective and existing customers, conduct product demonstrations, assist with site assessments, and explain features and benefits of Bounten water softeners. They will collect customer requirements, support installation coordination, maintain strong relationships with clients,



and provide feedback from the field to improve sales and service processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills for telephone and in-person customer interactions.
• Candidates should possess customer service, relationship management, and basic sales or lead conversion skills.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or call logging tools, and the ability to maintain organized records.
• Candidates should possess presentation and product demonstration skills, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Candidates should possess time management, planning, and follow-up skills to handle daily call targets and field visits.
• Comfort with field work in Hyderabad, including travel to customer locations, and willingness to work in office full time.
• Prior experience in telecalling, field sales, or customer-facing roles in consumer products or home solutions is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Hyderabad, with a professional and respectful approach to all customers.
