Job Position Summary: You will act as a Salesforce product strategist who collaborates with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute a supportive platform strategy aligned with core business objectives. You will translate complex stakeholder requests into actionable requirements, guiding Salesforce and integrated systems' product direction, and serving as a trusted advisor to provide thought leadership and improve KPIs. Additionally, You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and act as the primary liaison between the Salesforce Development team and various stakeholders to ensure maximum value delivery.

Job Description
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with cross functional leaders to capture and clarify core strategy and business objectives with the goal of developing, maintaining and executing a supportive Salesforce product strategy and roadmap.
• Distill complex (vague) requests from business stakeholders into clear, actionable business requirements that can in turn be actioned for software development.
• Lead and guide Salesforce (and ancillary integrated systems such as SAP) product direction based on the product roadmap in alignment with platform strategy that balances technical best practices and business needs.
• Act as trusted advisor, partnering closely with the Salesforce Product Director and cross functional leaders, to proactively

• provide thought leadership and advocacy for improving KPI’s and reports to foster transparency and improve confidence




• become an authority in Salesforce (and ancillary integrated systems such as SAP), their pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• anticipate and identify stakeholder needs, compliance requirements, and technology gaps
• serve as primary point of contact for the BLP SAP Solutions, advocating for INDG’s interest and priorities
• Serve as primary point of contact between the Salesforce Development team and cross functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Marketing & Finance to manage intake, gather requirements and prioritize features
• Own product backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value. You Need to Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, experience and certification.
• 7+ years of experience in product or platform management roles with deep knowledge of Salesforce and/or equivalent CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Hubspot, Insightly, SAP, Oracle)
• 5+ years in a product management role, guiding strategy and execution of product development (2+ years of direct Salesforce experience).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization
• Demonstrable project and change management leadership experience in driving complex, large-scale initiatives that impact multiple departments.
• One or more relevant skilled certifications (e.g., Salesforce/Product Management/SAP certifications strongly desired.
