The role involves close coordination with site, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate cost management and effective material control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
* Cost estimation – Prepare accurate project cost estimates
* BOQ preparation – Measure quantities and prepare BOQs
* Billing & payments – Verify contractor bills and certifications
* Rate analysis – Prepare and validate item-wise rates
* Material reconciliation – Track material consumption vs BOQ
