• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering ?

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults in ACBs ranging from 400A to 6300A.
• Perform complete dismantling, servicing, overhauling, reassembly, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot electronic trip units, protection systems (L, S, I, G), closing/tripping coils, spring-charging mechanisms, and interlocks.
• Conduct primary and secondary injection testing, contact resistance measurement, insulation resistance testing, and breaker timing analysis.
• Inspect contacts, arc chutes, operating mechanisms, racking systems, and auxiliary control circuits.
• Prepare technical inspection reports, test reports, and spare-parts requirements.
• Support customer-site troubleshooting,



maintenance, testing, and commissioning when required. ⚡ Preferred Technical Experience Hands-on experience with ACB brands such as: ABB, Schneider Electric MasterPact, Siemens SENTRON, Mitsubishi, Terasaki, Eaton, LS, and similar industrial circuit breakers. Experience using primary injection test sets, secondary injection equipment, micro-ohm meters, insulation testers, and circuit breaker timing analyzers will be an advantage. ? Who Should Apply? We are particularly interested in candidates with practical ACB repair and workshop experience who can independently diagnose faults, carry out repairs, perform electrical testing, and verify breaker performance. Experience in ACB manufacturer service centres, switchgear workshops, circuit-breaker repair facilities, or industrial electrical service companies is preferred. Important: Candidates whose experience is limited to ACB installation or routine preventive maintenance may not be suitable for this role.
