– DGM
- Finance & Accounts Qualification CA (Chartered Accountant) Experience 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities
• Manage timely closure and finalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for group companies.
• Prepare and provide financials of subsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parent company.
• Review accounting policies, audit reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IND AS, including review of IND AS adjustment entries.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.
• Ensure compliance with MCA, ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, LC requirements,



and surplus fund allocation.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital and treasury management. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of consolidation and group accounting.
• Robust banking, treasury, and working capital management experience.
