Jaipur, Noida, Hyderabad Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 9+ years of overall IT experience and solid expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Candidates with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be preferred; however, the certification is not mandatory for someone who is already excelling in a Technical Architect role.

Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategy,



and platform governance for ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
• Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
• Drive platform optimization, upgrade planning, and technical roadmap initiatives.
• Mentor developers and provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Technical Architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on exposure to at least 4–5 ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience in designing integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer,



Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform governance is desirable.
• Experience in performance optimization, security, scalability, and platform upgrades.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred ServiceNow Module Experience Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 4–5 of the following modules:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)

• Customer Service Management (CSM)
