LaFetch is building a movement where Made in India connects with the world of contemporary fashion. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor role based in Gurgaon. The AI Video Editor will create, edit, and optimize video content that showcases LaFetch’s premium fashion brands across digital channels, using AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance productivity and creativity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling and editing footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and branded visuals, and adapting content for social media, ads, and the LaFetch app. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, design,



and brand teams to develop engaging video stories aligned with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The AI Video Editor will also experiment with new AI features, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video assets. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and social media content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent, premium visual aesthetics.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging, brand-aligned visuals.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based video editing tools and mainstream editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Seedance, Runway, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate fashion concepts into compelling video narratives.
• Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and receiving constructive feedback.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, animation, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
