Role Description The Senior Dentist Clinic Head is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing clinical operations and providing advanced dental care. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental and oral health conditions, planning and performing procedures, and ensuring that treatment protocols follow current clinical standards. The Clinic Head will supervise and mentor dental and support staff, coordinate patient flow, and maintain high-quality standards in infection control, safety, and patient experience. Daily responsibilities include reviewing clinical cases, guiding complex treatment plans, communicating clearly with patients about diagnoses and options, and promoting a personalized, knowledge-driven approach to care.



The Senior Dentist Clinic Head also contributes to practice growth through community engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration on service development. Qualifications
• Clinical expertise in general and advanced dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performance of restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and minor surgical procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising clinical staff, coordinating schedules, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centric culture.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling abilities, including explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and educating patients on preventive oral health.
• Proficiency in practice operations such as clinical documentation, adherence to infection control protocols, quality assurance, and basic clinic administration.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and staying updated with current dental techniques, materials, and evidence-based guidelines.
• BDS degree from a recognized institution; MDS or equivalent specialization is highly preferred.
• Valid dental registration and license to practice, with several years of post-qualification clinical experience in a reputable dental setting.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility to manage patient schedules and clinic operational needs.
