Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Food and Beverage Assistant supports daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, including setting up service areas, preparing basic food and beverage items, and ensuring clean and organized workspaces. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, responding to guest requests, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.



The Food and Beverage Assistant also follows hygiene and safety standards, assists with inventory and stock checks, and supports special events and conferences hosted at the hotel. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, efficient service, and teamwork. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage handling to support basic service tasks.
• Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Customer Service to ensure efficient, courteous, and accurate guest service.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and coordinate with team members.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering is beneficial, along with knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
