Job Title: Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

2–4 Years Locations: Marathahalli, Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Domestic BPO Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for Domestic BPO roles. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our organization in building a strong and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic Customer Support positions within the BPO domain—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and staffing needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.




• Lead salary negotiations and oversee the offer management process.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and standards.
• Keep recruitment databases updated with candidate information and hiring progress.
• Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment within the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
• Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
