About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Backend Developer with hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, database management, and API development. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working with React.js, WordPress customization, cloud hosting, and workflow automation. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, integrating APIs, managing databases, deploying applications, and implementing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend applications and third-party services.
• Work with React.js to support frontend development and application integration.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Handle application deployment, server configuration, and hosting management across VPS, AWS, DigitalOcean, or cPanel environments.
• Develop and maintain workflow automations for CRM systems, email communication, data synchronization, and other business processes.
• Work with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Pabbly, and scheduled cron jobs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and improve performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage code versioning and collaborate with team members using Git/GitHub.
• Assist with server administration tasks, including Nginx/Apache configuration, SSL setup, and domain pointing. Required Skills And Technical Expertise Backend Development

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of backend architecture, authentication, validation, and application security. Frontend & CMS

• Practical experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Understanding of database design, migrations, query optimization, and data management. Cloud Hosting & Deployment
• Experience deploying applications on VPS or cloud hosting platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, or similar hosting environments.
• Basic understanding of server configuration, SSL certificates, and domain management. Automation & Integrations
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pabbly.
• Experience with cron jobs, API-based integrations, or CI/CD pipelines. Good to have
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic DevOps knowledge, including Nginx/Apache and server troubleshooting.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and deployment best practices. Educational Qualification
