Requirements:
• Experience in US healthcare payment posting, ERA/EOB processing and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to identify payment discrepancies, denials, underpayments and credit balances.
• Familiarity with SIS Complete, Waystar or similar RCM systems preferred.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and computer proficiency. Candidates with relevant medical billing experience or robust aptitude for learning may apply.
