We provide paediatric consultations, vaccinations, developmental therapies, and other child-focused healthcare services through our neighbourhood clinics. Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have sound nursing knowledge, good communication skills, and a caring approach towards children and their families. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care and assistance to paediatric patients under the supervision of doctors.
• Assist doctors during consultations, medical procedures, and clinical examinations.
• Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed, following established clinical protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and monitoring of vaccines and medical supplies.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Educate parents about vaccination schedules, basic child care,



and post-vaccination precautions as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Assist with patient registration, documentation, and other clinic-related activities as required.
• Provide a friendly, reassuring, and child-friendly experience for patients and their families. Eligibility Criteria
• GNM or B.
Sc Nursing qualification from a recognised institution.
• Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC) registration is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate attitude and the ability to work effectively with children and parents.
• Willingness to work in a clinical environment and follow assigned shifts. Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of vaccination procedures and vaccine cold-chain management.
