Role Description The Civil Planning & Billing Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing project BOQs, conducting quantity take-offs, and coordinating with site teams to validate executed work quantities. The engineer will perform rate analysis, manage billing systems, and prepare client and subcontractor bills in line with contract terms and project progress. Daily tasks include monitoring project schedules, supporting planning activities, analyzing cost implications, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely submission of bills and related reports.



The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and commercial teams to support cost control, compliance with specifications, and smooth project billing operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation skills, including detailed quantity take-offs and measurement verification.
• Candidates should possess Billing Systems and client/subcontractor billing skills, covering bill preparation, certification, and documentation management.
• Candidates should possess Rate Analysis and cost estimation skills to evaluate items, support budgeting, and assist in commercial decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for data interpretation, variance analysis, and accurate reporting on cost and progress.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with experience in planning and billing for civil or specialized construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity/billing software; familiarity with project management tools and drawing interpretation (AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams on-site.
• Prior experience in corporate, infrastructure, or façade/rehabilitation projects and understanding of contract conditions will be beneficial.
