Role Description The Assistant Manager Training will support the development and delivery of training programs for hotel team members, ensuring service standards and operational procedures are consistently met. This full time, on-site role based in Surat involves coordinating training schedules, conducting onboarding and refresher sessions, and maintaining accurate training records. The role includes assessing training needs across departments, updating training materials, and working closely with managers to improve performance and guest satisfaction. The Assistant Manager Training will also provide ongoing coaching,



monitor training effectiveness, and help foster a culture of continuous learning in line with Park Inn by Radisson brand standards. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Solid Supervisory Skills, including the ability to guide, motivate, and support team members at different levels.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and engage diverse audiences.
• Proven Customer Service skills, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple training initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in basic office and presentation software.
• Prior experience in hotel operations or a similar training role is an advantage.
