About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow our Modern Trade business. The role involves handling key retail accounts, coordinating with retail partners, ensuring product availability, driving sales, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with Modern Trade accounts and retail chains.
• Coordinate with key accounts for purchase orders, order processing, billing, and timely deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, stock availability, and product visibility across stores.
• Ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock-outs and expired inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, payments, and claims.
• Track promotional activities, schemes, discounts, and trade offers.
• Monitor account-wise sales targets and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Maintain sales reports, account records, and business performance dashboards.




• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with retail partners to improve product placement and business growth. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG.
• Understanding of Modern Trade operations, retail chains, purchase orders, and sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Skills
