Gurugram – Sector 18 Department: Human Resources Job Summary V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in DC Hub, Warehouse and Bulk/Mass Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment requirements, particularly for DC Hub, warehouse, logistics, retail and operational roles. Candidates with 2+ years of recruitment experience and proven expertise in bulk/mass hiring, DC Hub recruitment and operational manpower hiring will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for DC Hub / Warehouse operations.
• Manage bulk and mass hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Handle high-volume recruitment for Warehouse Executive, Picker, Packer, Supervisor, Inventory, Dispatch, Inbound/Outbound and other DC operational roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, employee referrals and local hiring channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for bulk and recurring manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with DC/Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct high-volume calling, screening and follow-ups to achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate movement through the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate status and hiring MIS.




• Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain a strong joining ratio.
• Support smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Develop and maintain candidate databases for future bulk hiring requirements. Key Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring.
• Experience in DC Hub / Warehouse / Logistics / Retail hiring will be highly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple and urgent vacancies simultaneously.
• Solid sourcing, screening and candidate follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, proactive and quick learner with the ability to understand new requirements quickly.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, targets and tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.
• Result-oriented approach with a strong focus on closures and joining. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a candidate who:
• Has proven experience in Bulk / Mass / Volume Hiring.
• Has preferably handled DC Hub / Warehouse manpower recruitment.
• Is smart, energetic and proactive.
• Has excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Is a quick learner and can understand new hiring requirements easily.
• Is comfortable working on daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Has strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert candidates into successful joiners.
• Can independently manage high-volume recruitment drives. Priority Experience DC Hub + Warehouse + Bulk/Mass Hiring experience will be given the highest preference. Candidates who have handled large-scale operational hiring and high-volume recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply.
