Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Associate role based in Patna. The Retail Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance in selecting Da Milano products. Responsibilities include showcasing product features, maintaining robust product knowledge, and ensuring the store is well-presented, organized, and adequately stocked. The role involves handling billing and payment processes, managing exchanges and returns in line with company policies, and supporting visual merchandising standards.



The associate will also contribute to achieving sales targets, building repeat customer relationships, and delivering a premium in-store experience aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into purchases.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients professionally and handle queries effectively.
• Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge skills to explain features, materials, and care instructions for luxury leather accessories.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods is beneficial, especially in a high-footfall store environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
• Proficiency in basic POS/billing systems and cash handling; familiarity with inventory procedures is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or customer relations is a plus.
