1–3 years of relevant experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience in plastic products, toys, consumer products, or similar manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
• Robust understanding of assembly processes and production line management.
• Knowledge of quality inspection methods and defect analysis.
• Ability to manage shop-floor manpower and meet production targets.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Knowledge of 5S, SOPs, and workplace safety practices.
