Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Provide product training and help customers maximize the use of our solutions.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain customer records and manage CRM systems.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze customer data.
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and other channels.




• Travel to client locations within the assigned region as required. Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and an interest in learning CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
