Role Description As a Production Executive (Ad Agency) at Viral Vichaar, you will oversee the end-to-end production of short video campaigns, from initial planning to final delivery. In this full-time remote role, you will coordinate with creative, account, and post-production teams to schedule shoots, manage resources, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing production timelines, managing budgets, supervising on-set and remote production activities, and addressing any production-related issues that arise.



You will also ensure smooth communication among internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients, while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and project workflows.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess Food Technology and Quality Control knowledge if involved in food-related shoots or product-focused campaigns that require technical oversight.
• Relevant experience in advertising, media production, or digital content creation, especially with short-form video and social platforms, is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting are significant.
• A bachelor’s degree in media, communication, film production, advertising, or a related field is preferred but equivalent qualified experience will be considered.
