• Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment across different industries.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk/high-volume hiring as well as individual positions.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining-related activities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets. Experience hiring for roles such as Delivery Executives, Warehouse Staff, Sales Executives, Customer Support, Technicians, Office Staff, IT/Non-IT professionals, and other workforce requirements will be an added advantage. Note Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in HR & Recruitment can apply. Candidates with practical recruitment experience, especially in blue-collar and white-collar hiring, will be preferred.
