• Website UX Audit: Evaluate the existing RiseUpp website and identify usability issues, friction points and conversion barriers.
• Homepage Redesign: Improve homepage structure, visual hierarchy, navigation, content presentation and engagement.
• Mobile-First UX: Design seamless, intuitive experiences for mobile users.
• Programme Discovery: Improve search, filters, programme listings, comparisons and recommendation journeys.
• Course Detail Pages: Optimise page layouts, information hierarchy, trust signals and calls to action.
• Lead Conversion: Improve enquiry forms, WhatsApp chat, callback requests and other lead-generation touchpoints.

Experience:
Enhance how users interact with personalised programme recommendations.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Apply D2C best practices to improve engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.
