We are looking for a Cluster Head for one of the group companies of Vector Finance Pvt Ltd Role Description The Cluster Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, responsible for leading and managing a group of branches within an assigned cluster. The role involves overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and microfinance best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and monitoring disbursement and collection targets, supervising field teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service for microfinance clients. The Cluster Head will analyze portfolio performance, manage risk and delinquency, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and outreach. This position also requires regular field visits, coordination with senior management, and active engagement with local stakeholders to strengthen the company's presence in the region. Qualifications




• Sound knowledge of microfinance practices, NBFC operations, and able to handle 15-20 branches.
• Proficiency in business development, target setting, and performance monitoring, with the ability to drive growth while maintaining portfolio quality
• Ability to analyze data and reports, use MS Office or similar tools, and make informed decisions based on business and operational metrics.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster and work in office in branches and field locations.
• Graduate degree in finance, commerce, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certification in microfinance or rural management is an advantage.
• 12-15 years of experience in microfinance, retail lending, or NBFC operations, particularly in semi-urban or rural markets
