Since 2008, United Way Bengaluru has been dedicated to working in underserved locations and marginalized communities. Over 18 years, the organization's reach extended to 18 states, with a special focus on remote areas and aspirational districts. United Way Bengaluru works in key areas: Education, Climate Action, Rural Development, DEI and Volunteering. Aligned with its mission, the organization brings together unified efforts from CSR partners, civic bodies, and local communities to work collaboratively towards solutions. About the TCS World 10K Philanthropy Platform The philanthropy platform connects the enthusiasm generated by the TCS World 10K racing event with the NGOs addressing key social challenges. It enables individuals, corporates, institutions and community groups to mobilise resources for causes they care about. Since its inception in 2008, the event has helped participating NGOs raise over ₹65 crores. These efforts support NGOs working across areas such as education, healthcare, disability inclusion, child welfare, environmental conservation, women’s empowerment and other community development priorities. Objective Increase participation, fundraising performance and stakeholder engagement across NGOs, Individual Fundraisers, Corporates, Institutions, Running Clubs and Community Groups.

Key Responsibilities
1. NGO Engagement & Enablement
· Serve as the primary point of contact for participating NGOs.
· Conduct NGO onboarding and orientation sessions.
· Support NGOs in developing fundraising plans and campaigns.




· Monitor NGO participation and fundraising performance.
· Coordinate collection of impact reports and success stories. 2. Individual Fundraiser Program
· Recruit, engage and support Individual Fundraisers.
· Develop fundraising toolkits and guidance materials.
· Organize training sessions and webinars.
· Monitor fundraiser activity and provide ongoing support.
· Recognize and showcase high-performing fundraisers. 3. Corporate Engagement Support
· Support outreach to corporate CSR, HR, ESG and employee engagement teams.
· Coordinate corporate fundraising and employee participation initiatives.
· Assist with corporate presentations, proposals and follow-up activities.
· Track corporate participation and fundraising outcomes. 4. Institutions, Running Clubs & Community Outreach
· Build relationships with schools, colleges, RWAs, running clubs and community groups.
· Promote fundraising and participation opportunities.
· Coordinate awareness sessions and engagement activities. 5. Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
· Maintain stakeholder databases and CRM records.
· Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholder groups.




· Address stakeholder queries and support requests.
· Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Monitoring & Reporting
· Track participation and fundraising performance across stakeholder segments.
· Prepare stakeholder engagement reports and dashboards.
· Identify growth opportunities and recommend engagement strategies. 7. Success Metrics
· Number of NGOs onboarded and active.
· Number of Individual Fundraisers recruited.
· Number of Corporate Teams participating.
· Number of Institutions and community groups engaged.
· Funds raised by each stakeholder segment.
· Stakeholder retention rate from 2026 to 2027.
· Stakeholder satisfaction scores. 8. Any other tasks related to this event assigned by the organization Qualifications & Skills ● 3+ years of work experience with relevant qualification in stakeholder management, marketing and communications ● Demonstrated ability in handling different stakeholders, engaging them, and achieving results ● Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate ● Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint ● Willingness to travel for field visits Key
