About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy technology solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise, hands-on experience with system integrations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, customer engagement, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements, technical challenges, and operational workflows.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized software solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize system performance.
• Support application deployment, production monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solution development, implementation, or a related technical role.
• Robust programming experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and application development.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of software development practices, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML applications, data engineering, or Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying and supporting production-grade applications in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations and solution delivery.
