With a regenerative agriculture carbon project in South India already in advanced implementation stages, we are building the capabilities to scale our project portfolio. The Chance We are looking for a strong, experienced professional to lead the operational execution of K6’s carbon projects. Working closely with the Head – Carbon Projects and company leadership, you will help translate project plans into effective implementation, build strong institutional partnerships and drive consistent execution across project locations. This is an opportunity to play a central role in building the operational foundation of a growing carbon-project business, working across agriculture, climate action and carbon markets. Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project operations, agriculture, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, carbon projects or rural development.
• A proven ability to manage projects,



coordinate stakeholders and deliver results on the ground.
• Experience working with FPOs, NGOs, farmer collectives or institutional implementation partners.
• Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, partner management and operational problem-solving. Familiarity with carbon project development and monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) is an advantage.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Qualifications in agriculture, forestry, environmental science, rural management or related disciplines are preferred. Why Karbon Sixth?
