• MSc / PhD / Post-Doctoral in Polymer Chemistry
• 7–10 years of experience in a CRO or industrial R&D; environment
• Strong expertise in polymer synthesis, polymerization processes, & analytical tools (GPC/SEC, DSC, TGA, FTIR, NMR)
• Ability to design, execute, & troubleshoot experiments independently
• Experience in process optimization & scale-up activities
• Proven ability to lead & mentor a team of scientists
• Robust analytical, documentation, & communication skills
