We're looking for exceptional interns to join our Insurance Operations & Partner Success team and help make this ecosystem more efficient, responsive, and reliable. This is a hands-on opportunity to understand how insurance distribution actually works, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and develop skills that extend far beyond traditional internship responsibilities. Not Your Average Internship. We're looking for people who don't just complete tasks. They take ownership of outcomes. Imagine a customer has paid for an insurance policy, but the policy hasn't been issued. A distribution partner needs a quotation urgently. A newly onboarded insurance advisor cannot start business because their insurer code hasn't been activated. Most people see three separate problems. We want someone who sees three problems that need to be solved
- and takes responsibility for moving each one towards resolution. What You'll Own: 01. Insurance Quotations & Product Comparisons Turn complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. Coordinate incoming quotation requests from POSPs and distribution partners through CRM, WhatsApp, and email. Work with multiple insurer portals and offline premium calculators. Prepare accurate comparisons of premiums, coverage, exclusions, and relevant add-ons. Deliver professional, easy-to-understand quotation summaries within agreed turnaround times. Identify opportunities to standardize and improve the quotation process. 02. Partner Onboarding & Activation Help new partners become business-ready. Support POSPs through registration, documentation,



verification, training, and activation. Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to facilitate partner code creation. Track pending approvals, documentation gaps, activation timelines, and insurer-wise code mapping. Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and partner records. Help resolve login, training, documentation, and activation-related issues. 03. Problem Resolution & Policy Operations Own the follow-through when something goes wrong. Identify and track failed, pending, or stuck policy issuance cases. Coordinate with insurer operations and technology teams for timely resolution. Monitor service tickets, document updates, and escalate unresolved cases. Support customers and partners with accurate status communication. Ensure issued policy documents are shared through approved communication channels. 04. Partner Success & Relationship Management Make every interaction reliable and professional. Proactively connect with POSPs to understand their operational difficulties. Build effective working relationships with insurer representatives and distribution partners. Follow up systematically on outstanding service requests. Maintain explicit records of conversations, commitments, and next steps. Help improve partner experience through faster issue identification and resolution. 05. Business Operations & Process Improvement Don't just follow systems. Help make them better. Support renewals, endorsements, policy servicing, and commission reconciliation. Build and maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and operational reports. Identify recurring problems, process bottlenecks, and preventable delays. Recommend practical improvements to workflows and communication. Contribute to standard operating procedures that make operations more scalable. All regulatory, insurer-authorized, financial approval, and sensitive-data activities remain subject to company procedures and appropriate supervision.
