• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM)
• Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows and declarative configuration
• CRMA datasets, dashboards, recipes/dataflows
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Salesforce security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Roles
• Good understanding of Salesforce development and deployment best practices
