Role Description As a Frontend Software Engineer at Superfan.ng, you will build and refine user-facing features for our web and mobile interfaces. You will translate product requirements and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and performant user experiences, collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers. Your day-to-day work will include implementing UI components, integrating APIs, optimizing page load and interaction performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. You will participate in code reviews, maintain clean and testable code, and help improve our frontend architecture and tooling. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable communication,



ownership of tasks, and alignment with product milestones. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and systems concepts.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade web applications.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern application design patterns.
• Experience collaborating with Back-End Web Development teams and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on expertise with contemporary frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, HTML5, CSS3).
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and performance optimization for user interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment with clear communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in African languages, cultures, or edtech products is a strong plus.
