We are looking for an experienced and technically competent R&D; Chemist to join our formulation development team in the specialty textile chemicals industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing and commercializing cutting-edge chemical formulations for textile wet processing, including pretreatment, dyeing and finishing applications. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize formulations for silicone softeners, surfactant-based products and polymer-based textile chemicals.
• Conduct laboratory trials for product performance, compatibility and stability evaluation.
• Develop new products and improve existing formulations based on performance, cost and customer requirements.




• Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product stability and performance.
• Support laboratory-to-production scale-up, manufacturing trials and product commercialization. ? Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in R&D; or formulation development.
• M.
Sc. in Textile Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Hands-on formulation experience in following areas is essential: 1️⃣ Silicone Softeners: Silicone emulsions, modified silicone systems and silicone-based textile finishing products. 2️⃣ Surfactant-Based Products: Emulsifiers, wetting agents, compatibility and formulation stability. 3️⃣ Polymer-Based Products: Textile finishing polymers, emulsions and dispersions.
• Good understanding of formulation chemistry, laboratory evaluation, stability testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently develop formulations and support their scale-up and commercialization. Candidates with experience in textile wet processing chemicals and specialty chemical formulation will be preferred. ?
