Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance goals. The Assistant Manager will support planning and execution of workflows, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning tasks, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear reporting to senior management. The role also entails contributing to process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies,



and assisting in training and mentoring team members to achieve departmental objectives. Qualifications
• Strong operational and supervisory skills, including team coordination, workflow management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in process improvement and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions.
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant work experience in an assistant manager or similar role is desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to health and safety standards.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, reporting software) for documentation and tracking performance.
