It serves 200+ enterprise customers and is backed by leading venture investors. Roles & Responsibilities
• Shape the product and technical vision together with product and business leaders.
• Act as the architecture authority for your team, and contribute to design and code reviews.
• Build, lead and coach the team, including hiring and staffing.
• Define and improve team processes and delivery practices.
• Build a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Plan delivery pace so the team balances urgency with sustainability and avoids burnout.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience of your team’s products. Qualifications




• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• About 10–12 years of core software product development, building web applications.
• Strong command of at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go or Node.js).
• Experience designing architecture and making tech-stack decisions for high-scale, low-latency systems.
• Experience managing or mentoring small to medium teams, and leading projects end to end.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A data-driven approach and a commitment to growing talent. On offer
