- Thane (In office) Role Overview: We are looking for a client servicing professional with pharma experience to manage client accounts and ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibility:
• Handle pharma client accounts and be the main point of contact
• Understand client requirements and share clear briefs with internal teams
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely delivery
• Ensure all work follows pharma guidelines and compliance
• Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Share regular updates and reports with clients Requirement:
• 2–6 years of experience in client servicing (pharma preferred)
• Basic understanding of pharma marketing and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
