12-18 years We are looking for a Lead .
NET Full-Stack Engineer at AVP level to take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical B2B application. The application is a mature/legacy monolithic platform where stability, reliability and near-zero downtime are critical. The role will initially focus on understanding and transitioning the application to the India team, followed by long-term ownership of its maintenance, upgrades, architecture and modernization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical transition of the application and build deep understanding of its architecture, codebase, integrations and business-critical processes.
• Own the application's architecture, technical health, maintenance and upgrades.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
• Drive application reliability, performance, monitoring and production stability.
• Define and execute a long-term modernization roadmap for the legacy/monolithic platform.
• Introduce modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, cloud and DevOps, where appropriate.




• Identify opportunities to progressively modernize or modularize the application without compromising business continuity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the India engineering team. Required

Experience:
• 12+ years of software engineering/architecture experience.
• Solid expertise in C#, .
NET / .
NET Core, React and SQL Server.
• Proven experience with large-scale monolithic and/or legacy applications.
• Experience working on business-critical applications requiring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations and databases.
• Experience with application modernization and modern engineering practices.
• Good understanding of Azure/cloud, DevOps, CI/CD and observability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ideal Profile: Someone who can understand and take ownership of a complex legacy application today, while having the technical vision to modernize it progressively for the future.
