Key Responsibilities
• Define Pega application architecture, solution design patterns, and technical standards.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance Pega solutions aligned with business and
• enterprise architecture requirements.
• Lead the design and governance of case management, workflows, integrations, and
• data models.
• Design and implement cloud-native and multi-tenant Pega architectures.
• Ensure adherence to Pega architecture principles, development standards, and best
• practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design reviews for development teams.
• Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical governance activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, enterprise architects, and
• stakeholders.




• Define and oversee data migration strategies for AWS-based Pega applications. Skills &

Experience:
• Senior level IT experience with experience in Pega architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Pega Platform, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Decisioning.
• Experience with Pega Cloud, AWS, and Multi-Tenant Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and SQL.
• Solid technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification preferred.
• Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) is an advantage.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programs preferred.
