Job Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits (DOOR TO DOOR), promotional activities, and client meetings to generate leads.
• Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions/business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain daily field visit and lead reports.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor/field work and local travel.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Bengali and English communication preferred.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
